Poor battery life

The battery dies quickly . It is not worth it . I had it charge all night only for my alarm not to go off in the morning because the battery was at 3% when I woke up . It runs slow at times . You have to constantly keep it charge for battery life yet it will tell you the phone can’t go pass 80% because it is too hot when it is not .

Bad service and bad quality phones

Then she took it in because we just got it and the staff at Best Buy were extremely rude to her. DONT BUY THESE PHONES FROM BEST BUY

Overpriced and old

There must be others that get a plan from the employer but have to supply a phone themselves. The one i found was old and overpriced, not even 5G (my misstake for taking that for granted)

It could be a lock phone

I bought Gold XS phone and it's locked, after 14 days (return period) and i don't know what to do with it.
