The return policy was for 14 days. I'm very disappointed because the reason I paid a premium and bought it from best buy was thinking they would stand behind their product.

iPhone no sound

I can't hear the callers voice but they can hear me. Bestbuy says there is no any guarantee for the phone. What can I do with this. Please don't buy refurbished iPhones .
