    I purchased this phone on May 10th. 90 days later it has completely died and can not be recovered. The return policy was for 14 days. I'm very disappointed because the reason I paid a premium and bought it from best buy was thinking they would stand behind their product.

    The phone looks good and there is a problem in sound . I can't hear the callers voice but they can hear me. Bestbuy says there is no any guarantee for the phone. What can I do with this. Please don't buy refurbished iPhones .
