It could be a lock phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please be careful to check when receiving the phone, even though it's said unlock, it turns out to be carrier lock. I bought Gold XS phone and it's locked, after 14 days (return period) and i don't know what to do with it.

Just buy a brand new phone.
