    I got it, and immediately the speakers did not work, nor did one of the buttons I had to return it in Best Buy took it back and gave me a new one

    Had to purchase this because iphone x was not compatible with Sprint when rep stated it was. Purchased iphone x during holidays. Couldn't get this phone activated so had to go to T-mobile.

    Terrible Battery is so messed up it’s so bad it’s not the iPhone it’s the fact that they haven’t switched the old iPhone battery just run terrible experience

    The phone was bent in the middle on one side. Not too noticeable unless you looked at it from the side. Returned it and ordered a new one. Didn't like that I had to pay $45 for restocking fee, when I received the phone that way.

    The phone is in excellent condition, unfortunately I can tell it may have software issues, it freezes periodically and I have to rest it it frequently. But I am grateful, and appreciate Best Buy’s service.
