My daughter had this phone 16 days and the screen went out. Geek squad told me it was nothing they could do and I was out of $330 bucks. I have bought almost all of my electronics from Best Buy and never had this experience before. I have also never bought a used electronic before but being that she’s 11, I thought it would be the best option. The fact that she didn’t have the phone 20 days and the system just stopped working leads me to believe whatever was wrong with the phone was fixed enough to sell. The tech even said it was a system issues. It powered on but the screen would not move. It sucks to do business with a company for so long and then get taken advantage of. When it did work it was perfect for a preteen.

I really like my new iPhone but I wish I had known there was an "XR Max". I would have known if the Bust Buy employee I orginally spoke to would have told me more about iPhones.

Apple products are better in hardware quality compared to android phones. I have had 2 android phones before, 1 windows, Nokia, Samsung but nothing is better than this phone. I understand that samsung has come up with really great cameras in phone but are we buying a phone just for one purpose?

Above all its a good phone. My son is happy with it, thats all that matters!

Terrible condition. The phone had scratches on the screen. I can live with that since it is a used phone. But the camera lens was cracked. The battery health was about 80%. Had to return it obviously.

I’ve bought two of this exact phone so far, it’s cheaper to buy them then to upgrade on our phone plan, so when my kids have broke their phones we’ve replaced with these, they work perfectly, look as good as new, and we’ve yet to have a single issue

Iphone came in perfect condition with no external damage, scratches, or anything of tbe sort. Battery was in bad condition at 75% health, warranty and best buy doesnt cover it. Have to pay extra for battery replacement.

When I first went in to buy a new phone they sold me a phone with a broken screen. I went back in and showed them it was broken. Unfortunately they didn’t have another phone at the store for me so they shipped one to my house 2 days later
