Device freezes from time to time and restarts by itself

Complete scam! Do not buy used or refurbished items from Bestbuy. My "refurbished" Ipad froze on initial set-up. They partner with a 3rd party, Jemjem which i was directed to send the unit to. Now i'm out an i pad and my money.

Purchased 8/18 and it’s dead wont take or hold a charge. Battery was always weak, but now done for good. I bought this as a replacement for an ipad my 4 year old broke. She uses it to olay games and watch videos. The battery dies every 10 minutes even if it’s plugged in during use. It will say 100% battery full and drop down to 13% then turnoff and you cant turn it back on now matter how long you charge it. Save your money

Came poorly packaged and would not power up. Waste of time

This pre owned iPad was a big disappointment. The fingerprint doesn't work and the battery was damaged.

Not only does this used iPad cut off periodically, I was never told that I couldn’t get a protection plan on it until I tried to (after the iPad was received). I would’ve returned it if my son didn’t wait so long for it to come! So upsetting.

It had a qlitch. I couldn’t get it to work efficiently. I returned it at the Avon Store and just bought a new one.

Horrible ! This didn’t even lasted a full month. Try to call Best Buy instead of listening to my problems. They try to ignore my situation

The iPad didn’t work at all when we receive it and it was a Christmas gift!

This iPad will not hold a full charge. Turns off randomly and has the dead battery sign but after charging for a minute or two turn on automatically showing the battery at 23% but dies instantly

The iPad air 2 is not worth the money in 2024, it has only 2 gigabytes of ram, an outdated processer, and no longer recieves the lates iPadOS updates. You’re better off buying a 2019 or newer tablet.

I was truthfully worried about getting a refurbished iPad but I’m really glad I did! It works great and is easy to understand how to use it! I’m daughter loves it and it was affordable!

I purchased this for my great grandson for his 3rd birthday yes 3 yrs. old. He loves it this was a great buy he don’t go anywhere without it.

At first I was a little scared about getting a refurbished iPad but I’m so glad I did! It made it supper affordable for me to get my daughter what she wanted for Christmas!

Ive had this for like 2 weeks for now, and its amazing and I am very happy with this purchase. Its kinda laggy on my favorite game, but good for watching youtube, Disney+, or N Netflex.

Do not buy for App usage. Only buy if you are purchasing for web browser usage only. Has not been able to update the newest iPadOS for a couple years now. Any apps requiring iPadOS 16 or higher will not be usable. Yesterday, Crunchyroll worked for me, today it says requires update, but the newest version of the app says it requires iOS 16. I've had mine for years, and got the required usage out of it, this is just a warning for others to be wary of buying 10 year old iPads.

It was a very good iPad until I use a brand new one and the iPad air two is so much behind

It sure is iPad-y and fits on a Square stand. Which is its use.
