Great product, excellent customer service! I highly recommend Best Buy in the future!

I dont have any idea what is the issue with Best Buy but i recieved a text today saying my iPhone 14 PM would arrive today, a day early..Cool. Later today i received an text and email saying the item was just shipped today and I would get it on the 15th, which is tomorrow, NOW I received another notification saying that i am going to receive it Saturday. So now the iPhone will be a day late. Whats the problem you may wonder?!?! I was suppose to be out of town Saturday. So now i had to cancel my plans that was made three weeks ago to be home to get my package. Unfortunately there has been alot of B & Es going on and vehicles being stolen. So i will be asking Best Buy for a store credit or some kind of credit for the inconvenience this delayed delivery has caused me.

This was a gift, and the person has had an Android for years. They told me the iPhone is very difficult to use.

The battery is not 100% i assume is brand new and the lightning charger is not oem

The phone works perfectly. I traded in an android so expected a learning curve but the iPhone is fairly intuitive. I'm glad I made the switch.

I bought this phone thinking it was a great deal, well not even 3 months later the speaker is messed up and they want me to pay over $350 to pay to get it fixed because it only had 60 days warranty, so don’t go buy CERTIFIED anything from Best Buy, they don’t help. Very disappointed that this 1200$ phone didn’t last 3 months. They said you can pay or buy a new one, I don’t poop money. Very disappointing that I trusted Best Buy and Apple for that matter.
