Second time received empty box, actually received only phone charging cable but not the phone. After my first complaint Best buy agant who was very helpful resended the phone but again box came without phone. I bealive this is some kind of scam from the second part not from Best buy. Now I have to report second time same issue. Thanks

This was a great buy! I saved on going with a new phone, got the refurbished one, and couldn’t even tell! Everything worked seamlessly. I highly recommend Best Buy “Used/Refurbished” items! The display was perfect; no cracks/chips/scratches or issues with backlight. Battery life was still above 90% which is usually the biggest problem with refurbished phones. Camera had no issues at all. Thanks Best Buy!

I was really nervous to buy one of these after reading the reviews but I figured I could always return it if need be so here’s my experience! Shipping was really fast, originally it stated it would be 2+ weeks but it actually arrived in about 6 days. It arrived in a plain polymailer with the phone box inside which isn’t super ideal, I wish there had’ve been a little more protection as I know how rough shipping companies can be on packages. There were a lot of comments about the box it comes in—it comes in a BestBuy brand cardboard phone box where the phone is fitted into a plastic insert with a cord. Obviously a refurbished iPhone wouldn’t come in it’s original box but it certainly wasn’t janky like other reviews stated. As for the actual phone, the listing stated that the phones could come with some minor wear and tear so I was prepared for the worst but pleasantly surprised that the phone I received was both the correct color and was in genuinely FLAWLESS condition. I have a very critical eye so I was expecting to find something to complain about but there isn’t a single scuff or scratch anywhere on it. There was also complaints about the battery health being poor but the phone I received is at 100%. Overall, I’m pleased as punch with my purchase and would definitely choose to buy refurbished again in the future.

Apple 14 is a big step for me since my Apple 7. I love the pictures it take, I do everything on this phone like play games and to banking.

Product was well packaged and in excellent condition, as advertised, with only a slight wear blemish on the bottom edge. I wish they would replace the batteries in these pre-owned phones before shipping as the one in the device only has 83% maximum capacity,

I like my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I had started my cell phone journey with Android, went to iPhone a long time ago, went back to Android, and now back to iPhone. I really liked Android; I think that I just wanted change. I’ve been mostly happy with my 14 Pro Max. This phone can do a lot of things and has overcome many of the limitations that it couldn’t do over Android from long time ago. In simple things, it’s catching up; but, there are still some things that it cannot do over Android. I’m glad that I took the leap back to iPhone, though, because I believe it satisfied my desire to switch things up.

This phone was a great purchase. Happy with it. The graphics look really vivid and bright with this phone. The camera was a little let down. I had high hopes for the capture quality but it’s viable. I knew this was a pre-owned phone so some things must’ve been amiss with it. The only thing I have see is a scratch on the screen which I can live with. Apart from the phone nothing to complain about except the delivery. it was delivered at the wrong address and I had to retrieve it from my neighbors, who luckily gave it to me.
