It was like having a new one. It works just like a new iphone 14 withou t having to spend just about the same money as in the apple store

Phone came in mint condition. Love the color and the screen is beautiful. Great upgrade from my iPhone 7.

Purchase and info transfer from previous phone was all done professionally and each was very courteous. The only caveat was that I had an appointment and still had to wait about 30-40 minutes.

The phone is pre owned, but it functions in great shape, excellent for pictures and recordings. highly recommend it. sharp and sleek. kudos best buy. Top of the line product

I’m have been wanting to buy an iPhone 14 Pro Max for my sister for the longest time, I was looking around for a while Nd opted to go with Best Buy, I got it before the given day, phone was in perfect conditions, and was ready to use, the phone came with a substitute camber not original, but overall the phone has been working perfect since day one and no complains about it! Now I can be sure than I can buy used phones from Best Buy with a peace of mind that is the best quality.

Doesn't seam like it's pre-owned. It looks brand new, I didn't expect for a charger to be included but to my surprise it was.

Ordered this in Silver and also received a purple phone like some of the other reviewers did....went to Best Buy store and returned it and am now waiting for delivery of the phone in correct color...I will update this review to let you know if they actually send me the right color this time and also what condition it's in....stay tuned
