We needed a new phone and this was the perfect upgrade for Christmas!

The phone really works good and came out in a good package. All the accessories are complete and looks brand new no scratch the camera is good but not so good as I expected.

I love my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It is absolutely awesome.

Phone came in perfect condition. My only complaint is, I purchased a silver and got a deep purple! It does spend its time in a leather case so I don’t really see the wrong color. My battery status was also at 100% so it good to know Best Buy is giving us top notch phones.

Drove from Marion Ohio to pick up the phone . employees were very helpful at first store was told by the time we drove across town it would be ready for pick up , it was not we were told it would be another hour so took the grandson’s to get something to eat went back and was told they couldn’t find the phone but was still looking after another 15/20 minutes of waiting it was found . Even though it was a drivevto get to Columbus Ohio employees were nice

Love it my battery usage holds all day compared to my old iphone

Love it. From the cameras to the precision and quality look. Storage space what I wanted plus basic phone functions and communication platforms that are a breeze to navigate across.

Just refurb the phone and cable. Do not expect anything from them. Phone came with no scratches even though plastoc box was broken. I bought refurbished jist because i have their plan

Paid a lot of money, I was expecting excellent condition but the iphone had a few scratches & it came in a weird box & charger wasnt from apple.

At the cashier i learned that a pre-used iphone might be shipped in bad shape but guess what, my phone is perfect, i got the exacy size and color that i wished to have. Thank you for sending the item intact.

Screen and camrea replaced with genuine apple parts but the screen still had minor scratches also the IMEI did come back as unknown. The rest of the iphone is perfect in quality
