Awesome phone. Works very well. No problems with this phone.

It turned out very smooth! Just be cautious, for people who are purchasing this phone and using it abroad (foreign country), make sure it says "Universal Unlocked", not only "Unlocked". I bought the Unlocked one, and was only for US, not for foreign countries. Nobody in the tech department understood what was going on. So, be careful and read the specs!

Excellent phone purchased for my grandson. My sales person was excellent, offered suggestions and knew the different features of other phones which helped us to decide.

It was a bad purchase. The phone was advertised as unlocked, but they sent it still locked. The previous transaction wasted my time and money because I ultimately had to buy another, slightly more expensive phone. When I asked if they could offer a small discount for their mistake, they simply said they couldn't because the manager wasn't there. I had already wasted so much time and money that I didn't want to argue anymore and left. Best Buy really needs to improve its quality control.
