It's nice phone I bought for my daughter worked fine after 2 days the phone started making weird noise when wat hung YouTube then it stopped so she continue to used just yesterday turn off so she charged it and now it dosent turn on dosent charge anymore and I can't return it anymore sucks.

Bought a refurbished iphone5 and it still had old sticky I'm assuming glue or dirt on it. I can not believe Best Buy would resell a phone in this condition.
