Everything was good I enjoyed shopping from Best Buy

would give it no stars if possible but the phone only stays charged for about 2 hours before I have to plug it up again basically have to keep it plugged to a power source all day if I want to use this phone

I bought this phone over 3 weeks ago, and it is a scam. The phone is water damaged, the accessories to the phone weren’t Apple products nor was the box it came from. The phone is not unlocked; your sims card will not register nor detect which service you are with. The phone heats up after being held after 2 minutes or placed on surface that retracts heat (I.e., bed, clothes, carpet, etc.). This phone is not updated with the current iOS 13.1.2 ******if you took nothing from this review, take THIS: do not (I repeat DO NOT) buy this phone. It’s not workable or usable*******

My son likes the phone he is happy with it that is all that matters!

After 2 weeks of purchase phone overheated and eventually it didn’t turn on. I got a refund thru Best Buy customer service.

Bought the phone great price but only worked one day before bricking taking it back to best buy to replace it hopefully an anomaly

The phone arrived with a lot of scratching on the screen and edges and back. But it's functional as normal. Since I have used my Best Buy reward card and only paid less than $30, I am not going to return it. Maybe I can change the screen and shell in the future if I want.

Having problems connecting through metro pcs. No bueno

Purchased a pre-owned Iphone to replace a damaged phone for my college student. The phone worked but was not unlocked, could not use data, after working with the carrier for a week on and off. Basically useless for a student. Waste of time.

Bought on November 4th and it's January 8th and no longer works and I'm unable to return. Warning. DON'T BUY THIS!

This phone works great a lot of the time.I love the phone because you can download lots of your apps and not worry about storage. Sometimes it will lag but I still like the phone.

I am over 60 years old and have been using android phones since the mid eighties. I am just sorry that it has taken me this long to convert. I am absolutely in love with my Iphone.

Appreciated the local Best Buy store but the screen put on the phone was not an Apple screen, did not fit and would have made the phone go bad quickly

Received phone and after loading my information I find that the front microphone doesn't work. Siri doesn't hear me. Contacted the seller and 6 days later told me to return toBest Buy. Wish they told me right way

This purchase was to replace a phone that had a cracked screen. My son asked me to help him with the purchase to surprise his mom on her birthday

Battery does not hold a charge....even after fully charge it only lasts 15 mins

My son threw and broke his newer phone, but I still needed to be able to reach him. Bought this older, used model and it was perfect!

I bought this phone for one of my friend as a gift and they really liked it. Buy anything from Best Buy for Best experience. Love it...
