Paper weight

I purchased this phone because it said in the description it was unlocked and will work with my carrier ATT. It was locked to another carrier. After many phone calls to Apple, ATT, and best buys 3 rd party vendor. No dice the phone is NOT compatible with ATT. So the paper weight is returned. Total frustrating experience. Total waste of my time.Best buy needs to screen their 3 rd party vendors better.
