Great gift for my kids excellent customer service.

it was not a good deal. after some days I realized that the phone speaker was not working properly. Ended up wasting $300.

Was a good iPhone taking in consideration that it was a used one!! The battery health, however, was below the 50% mark , so it drained too quickly, so I had to go and buy a new battery from the apple store!! Other than that, so far so good!!

I should have read previous reviewed although this is a great device, it has a defect which should be covered by the warranty. They finally agreed to exchange it if I pay for shipping. I've never had to pay for shipping for any device under warranty. I definitely won't be making any purchases from Best Buy if it isn't covered under their warranty.

I thought this product is worth for money; however it is found with battery dies in an hr. I tried to return it in the bestbuy store, which was denied saying 14 days period is over. Also I tried to service to change the battery through Apple, Apple store also has denied the service, stating that with their records , the Iphone 6 belongs to someone else. In fact , my money went waste purchasing unlocked Iphones through Best Buy.

I searched high and low for a good used or refurbished iPhone and Bestbuy had the overall best deal for price and quality. Bought this for my nephew whom is 10 years old and he loves it.

I bought this a few years ago. The battery needed replacement. The iPhone kept turning on & off by itself. When I looked at the battery percentage rate it was 55. Below 70 means the battery is gonna need replacement soon. Best Buy sold me an iPhone with a battery that needed replacement. Don’t buy used iPhones from Best Buy

My husband dropped his out of warranty iphone and we needed a quick back up. Thanks to Best Buy there was great options/prices on refurbished iPhones. Just what we wanted at perfect prices. Thanks Best Buy

I love Best Buy for giving me the opportunity to buy unlocked Apple phones! Our phone came in quickly and got my daughter back up and running when her phone became unrepairable.

Works great! It was preowned iPhone but is in perfect condition. It’s as if I purchased a brand new phone. The price is the cheapest around and online.

Phone worked but horrible cosmetic appearance. I didn’t open it since I bought it for someone as a gift but I was embarrassed.

My kids wanted to try apple phone to compare with android so far they like it but it still doesn't have good features so they are going to keep it for a little long but i"m sure they going to switch back to android

Batter was crap. you would think when they refurbish a device that the battery would be the first thing replaced. But it was delivered and I almost gave it as a gift for Christmas without checking it out first and by the time I was wrapping it up, I had past their 14 day window and I was stuck with this crappy iPhone and I have to pay even more money to get the battery replaced myself.

The product is excellent, but the accessories are of poor quality, the data cable did not work once.

Have been using for over a month. Works like a new iPhone 6. Running latest OS12 without any problems. Battery power is good, no scratches or marks. Overall happy with purchase.

Purchased used Iphone, arrived with a defective speaker, how that was not caught by inspection is beyond me. Unusable even for a preowned price. Pay better attention to the preowned smartphones you are selling best buy. If its defective then why are they for sale? Or atleast mention what is wrong with the device, before a customer buys it thinking they will actually get a working smartphone.

No issues with this phone. Bought same phone for my husband and it wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Luckily I was able to return it within the return policy. This replacement is great!

I purchased this phone for my son who is still in high school. He is very pleased with this phone as an upgrade from his iPhone 5S. Thank you Best Buy, you really made his summer!
