    The phone is great, has a few scratches, as expected, on the body (nothing a cover can't hide) but the screen and software are perfect! I would definitely buy from here again

    Freezing and open the App by itself on the 3th day of use .I can’t return to Best Buy because it past 14 day including the day I put the order in. It was birthday gift didn’t open right away past 3 day of their policy which doesn’t show online thay just have it in store .So disappointed I will never buy nothing from Best Buy specially online!

    Purchased a refurbished unlocked IPhone from Best Buy, only to find out that a bill is owed with another company and I’m not able to use it. In addition they are telling me that it is outside their 14 day return policy and there is nothing that they can do
