This is the 2nd time I bought the same phones it really nice and clean works perfectly Great deal with less price

The phone came in great condition . Not the original charger. There was a little dent on the side but it was expected as it was used. Performance is good as well

The iPhone is a beautiful piece of technology. However Best buy sells used phones (second one) that do not work. There oughta be a law

I will not buy a pre-owned phone from Best Buy again. When the phone arrived, it was showing the same symptoms that are common to many of the early iPhone 6s - poor battery power, failing to connect, failing to respond, shutting itself at random times, etc. I believe that Best Buy should've made sure the phones were in good working order before re-selling it.

Great price for an iPhone for am elderly relative that travels extensively during his golden years. Unlocked phone at this price, pretty awesome :-) 64 GB a bonus

Given the expensive climate and the high turnover of phones, the price was good and the phone does what it's supposed to do without the 1000.00 price tag.

Phone was in excellent condition. No cracks on screen or scratches throughout the entire phone.

Bought one with a replacement screen that popped out && cracked on the 12day!! Ordered a replacement phone the same iPhone , & there was no service the same day it came in! The internal antenna was damaged && non fixable! It was difficult to get my refund && I wasn’t refunded my shipping charges! Never again will I order from here!!

I got this phone as a gift for my mom, she is happy, very good reliable phone, no damage, works great, we always get our electronics at Best Buy.

this phone would literally drop 15 percentages or more every 5 minutes or would randomly die at like 70%. it's disgusting that this was even approved.

I replaced my niece's old Iphone 5 that wasn't working and had a cracked screen. Good value for the price, wasn't willing to go for the latest model.

Received defective products. Both iphone 6 had burn marks near charging port.One wouldnt charge past 51%, the other randomly powers down and reboots up. Both batteries run hot after a certain time. Still waiting on my refund, for the UPS returned phones. Will never purchase a refurbish again.

Even being preowned product, it was a good product. The phone was in good condition.

In the description of the phone, it mentioned the everything is fine but when it comes it comes as a craked screen. I think it is already there because it was nicely packed, before selling they could have mentioned that. It is a bad way of selling products.Returned the item hopefully now they don't charge me restocking fees.

I send this to my family in the Philippines and they love this iphone product.
