    will not hold a charge, right in the middle of talking it just powers down. have to charge it again and again. Spoke to best buy now i have to go through a warranty program to get it fixed

    I spent and hour transferring all my info at att and was so happy. Until I woke up the next morning with a blank screen with random lines going through it. Phone was meant to be certified. Certifiably bad!

    Purchased from Best Buy thinking if anything would break they would be responsible to replace it. Unfortunately, they only cover 14 days and another company handles replacement.

    My phone died & wasn’t time for an upgrade. Shopping on B.B. site & preowned phones popped up. Desperate for replacement phone I took a chance ordered ph. Condition was perfect. No scratches on screen or body of ph. Works beautifully. Shipped & delivered several days early. I’m extremely pleased with my emergency replacement phone. Way to go B.B.

    My little child wanted an iPhone and I couldn’t see myself paying close to a thousand dollars for a new iPhone. So she gets this and a very happy girl she is. At a fraction of the price for a preowned phone is a winner. I would highly recommend this for any parent who child is constantly bugging for an iPhone.

    The phones battery went out after 4 months of purchase and it only had a one month warranty. If your looking for a used phone make sure it says excellent in the title or you could end up like me.

    I use TracFone and wanted an iPhone. I am SO happy with this purchase. Phone is in great condition (screen perfect, back perfect, only barely noticeable dings on 2 of the corners - cosmetic only). I was able to easily transfer my TracFone service (and keep my phone number). The phone works perfectly and holds a charge same as a new phone. I'm thrilled!

    Not happy at all, the speaker went out on the phone just weeks after receiving it and after 14 days nothing can be done at Best Buy. So please reconsider buying preowned products.
