    Disappointed that I was sold a phone that will not charge. I plug into the charger and a message pops up saying “this accessory may not be supported” This happened as soon as I opened it. I thought maybe it was just a goof the first time because after putting the charger in a couple times following it worked. But now it will not even do that. Spent $200+ on something to not do a basic function.

    I initially thought the phone will be in decent condition however the phone had very much a lot of serious scratches and dents. I don't think I will buy again.

    I had low expectations buying a refurbished iPhone 6, but was pleasantly surprised. I’m really not sure why I didn’t do this sooner. A very affordable way to replace a phone whiteout crazy contracts or financing.

    Daughter's phone broke beyond repair. Went searching for used phones and found BB. Ordered the phone which ended up being an upgrade. Delivered in 2 days. Installed the chip, restored from the cloud, and activated the phone. Back in business.

    It came in in a generic box, not an iPhone box. Kinda bummed about that since this is a Christmas gift, though that may add to the surprise. Came in flawless, with a charger and paperwork.

    My son bought this phone with his own money he has been saving. He is very happy with it so far. For the price he paid in 2 years will be about $100/yr. The new phone I bought in 2 years will have cost me over $300/yr.
