    The physical casing is ok, but the software has issues. For example, if I push the home button the screen the screen will sink to half height. Today the iMessages are acting up: If I'm in a message, the back button to all messages won't work. This is my first time getting a refurbished phone and it will be my last.

    got this phone best buy guarantees fully functional phone on arrival.the phone jack doesn't work,mute for camera doesn't work going to return it .already costed me 7 dollars for sim and ?will need to pay best buy ?35 dollars for giving me defective product

    This phone came with a defective speaker for regular use (i.e., the one for your ear, not the one that broadcasts). I should have sent it back right away but didn't diagnose the problem until the return period had expired, as I needed the phone.
