I just had it for two weeks,but so far it’s working fine, I ordered one previously and returned because the battery was not good.

There is absolutely no reason this phone should’ve ever made it through any type of reasonable check. I spent time to have it set up...the night before I thought it was acting a little weird but after at&t set up new SIM card, the girl made a face. I asked what was wrong and she said it’s acting strange. Basically the calibration was off, and it was randomly pressing buttons without every touching the screen. Like when it gets wet for an extended period and it seems like it works, but really doesn’t. It took an hour to reset the phone bc I couldn’t correctly type in passwords bc of the calibration. Fortunately, bc I bought through Best Buy they took it back and reimbursed for the two day shipping too. But like I said...the phone never passed any type of check, anyone who turned it on would’ve seen how it was acting...wasted hours of my life which was unnecessary.

Although I cannot shut off the shutter sound (a known probably outcome with purchasing used phones on Best Buy) i am happy with my purchase. My phone works as it said it would, looked new when it arrived.

It’s good for the most part. I did have some small scratches on the screen and it didn’t come with an Apple charger but so far so good

I purchased a used iPhone 6 and it came in good shape as far as how it looked The battery drained pretty quickly and every phone call I had to put on speaker so I could hear because the volume wasn’t functioning very loud even though it was all the way up to max. I am a fan of iPhones but this particular one being used was not so great

I ordered this phone because my other phone was damaged. It came earlier I paid for early shipping but when I got it the sims card holder was missing and they had to send another phone. I had to wait and additional four days which wasn’t bad because it came early also. Next time I want pay for early shipping and have to send it back. All in all no problems with the phone I was able to get it connected with my phone provider with out any issues. It cost less than a new iPhone 8/X and works just as well. I think my kid was more excited about me getting one than I was.

The phone was okay, but the battery keeps dying on me super fast and although BestBuy has been helpful on my options, I feel like the CCR Warrenty is a joke!! I have been trying to get a hold of them and they are always closed. Other than that it’s probably recommended that if buying a phone from BestBuy buy it new not used.

Sleek and lots of memory for a good price. Easy to back up old iPhone and transfer SIM card to this iPhone.

The phone works fine but I noticed there is some glitching (almost as if they replaced the screen completely beforehand). Other than that all is good!

Besides arriving with a dent it works as normal and easy for my mother in law to use.

I couldn't set my expectations right just because the product was lacking specific description and specific picture of the phone. The description said minor wear and tear from previous usage, but its hard to perceive what it meant by minor. Anyway, I think overall it's an average purchase. The price could have been a little bit less. The phone is in good working condition.

We purchased the iPhone 6 with 32 GB Memory Cell Phone for our 17 year old grandson. He had the newer models but was continuously breaking them so we decided to try the 6 again which was priced in the area we needed it to be. He is very happy with it and hasn't removed his case and screen protector at all this time! I hope he's learned his lesson about not having his case or screen protector on his phone.

Bought it for my teen good conditions. Works really good. Compatible with my carrier AT&T had no issues connecting his line.

Overall the phone works great I was a little disappointed that it was so scratched up on the case but I understand it was preowned

Was skeptical buying a used phone but it works great no issues so far

Purchased this pre-owned phone for my daughter and the phone is cute perfect for a 12 year old. The only problem is that the battery wont last long. Charged it up to 100% battery and within an hour of not even using the battery goes down to 24%. Had to return the phone back the next day :(

Looked great. *Worked well. *But battery was only at 50% capacity and phone would shut off after just 10 minutes because of a dead battery. However the limited warranty came in handy and they will be replacing the phone. Great customer service but the process is very inconvenient.

As advertised; good price, excellent condition, and worked right out of the box.

Thought I had a great deal. The GPS doesn’t work, Speakerphone doesn’t work.

Phone seems to work ok however being refurbished, i was surprised that it was so dirty and had some pretty major nicks on it. Case was in poor condition. I've had refurbished replacement iPhones from Apple and they were never in as bad condition. Would have thought grime would've been removed before selling.
