    I figured the fact that the phones were refurbished that they would have lots of scratches and possibly chips but they appear to be in great shape

    This phone had an issue as soon as I opened it. The screen was not functioning properly. Also, the phone was banged up around the corners and had several visible scratches on the screen. I would no recommend buying this phone from this seller.

    I did not like the fact that I could not call the store directly because I was shopping online and had questions. I ordered from the Best Buy deal of the day. It came earlier than I thought and the communication was good. The Geek Squad guy was very kind, considerate, and thoughtful. He was very skilled with the knowledge and skill I needed. He made my day. I had a pleasant experience.

    The phone was worn and torn. The cosmetics was really work. There were scratches and dents all over. Took 10 minutes to just byass the "set up password" option. It froze in process and couldn't even get the phone turned off. Terrible purchase.
