    The phone you sold me doesn't work to speak into it. I have been unsuccessful in trying to figure out how to get a new one. I found out from BB they didn't sell me this phone, but it was 3rd party, JEG. Your 3rd party company isn't responding to my claim. Now I have no iphone or plan to replace it and am out $200. Please contact me at 202-509-2411 to discuss and arrange a replacement.

    Long overdue upgrade. This is the second time I purchased a older phone from Best Buy. Shipping time is fast, pick up is convienent and the phones are priced right. If you can resist the urge to get the newest phone try buying used. It’s a great way to keep the cost reasonable
