    I ordered republished and I picked my order from Best Buy store. Product is zero quality not at all good. Just I looked and returned the products. They charged $35 for restocking, I don’t know what is that why they changed for quality less product return.

    I saw some good reviews and decided to buy this for my mother for Christmas. Never again will I buy a pre Owen phone from Best Buy. I ended up going to apple and they exchange it for another one also prenowen but at least this one worked. Don’t waste your money.

    I didn't pay attention that it was a used phone when it was ordered. The appearance of the phone was scratched up and it seemed to charge really slow. I'd rather pay for a brand new phone. Needless to say, I shipped it back immediately for a refund! Sorry.
