Bought this to replace one that had no working camera. Very happy with it. Everything in working order. Great way to save money if you don't want to pay price of new iPhone.

I purchased this iPhone used, and it was in surprisingly great shape. Best Buy did a great job of packaging and shipping rhis phone.

I got this as a gift to my sister to start her off with an older model now that she has the age to have a phone. It’s what you’d expect of an iPhone, simple to use, the basic iPhone features, I love that I can restrict her time on it at night so she’s not up all night on it too, since she’s a minor on her Apple account and I’m the parental account

This is the first time I have bought online from Bestbuy. I purchased a used, unlocked iPhone 6. I knew it was used and that it would have scratches and such. When I received it, it wouldn't even turn on. I thought it might be the charger, which was after-market but when I connected it to my son's iPhone, it worked just fine. I immediately, tiok the phone to my local Bestbuy and was refunded the purchase price minus the expedited delivery charge. Overall, I was not satisfied as I expected that it would have at least been in good working order since it is sold by such a large electronics retailer. Be aware if ordering ooened or used products from Bestbuy.com.

The phone was bent when I received it. Upon further review of the device, I found that the screen was affected by the bend in the phone. At times, the screen would act like someone was tapping on it when no one was touching the phone. After a new screen was installed, at my expense, the phone worked great.

Battery life could be better but it’s a good phone

I purchased an unlocked pre owned iPhone 6 16gb. The phone has a few scratches but that was expected. Everything else is great. Battery life is great, call quality, speakers.... I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to save a few bucks!

No original charger and cable, no earphones, but that's ok. A few small scrapes but no big deal. I'm happy with this phone.

The screen has shadows burnt into it. Case is good.

When it was released in 2014 the iPhone 6 was one of the hottest smartphone on the market. Featuring a completely rethought design, Apple loaded the iPhone 6 with a wealth of custom software and hardware features. Now almost four years later the 6 is still a decent phone however, just showing a little age a bit. This one was purchased as a replacement.

I purchased this product from the online store. It was shipped directly to my house for free. However, the battery was defected. It goes from 100 to 20 in less than 2 hours. And yes, I charged the phone before using it.I had to take it back to the store.

The product came in a good status. I will definitely recomend it
