I bought this with some doubts but when it arrived I was really happy. It works great the screen is big. I am glad I got the iPhone plus and plan on buying more. Love it!!!

The phone is not allowing outgoing calls/texts. Obtained phone #, Etc approx a week ago. It was a Christmas gift-just now aware of the issue. Regular customer; all tech from Best Buy; Extremely Disappointed. Needs to be rectified ASAP. Purchased otter box & already getting charged by service provider...

I love the color of the iPhone but I just didn’t like how the gigabyte was kind of small for me

The phone was like new just make sure you update it time you get it so there's no problem once you do that it's on from there

I got this unlocked iphone to use overseas during my trip to Europe. I already have an iphone 6 plus and love it. That is why I bought the same one.

I appreciate the free sim card that came with it! My son got it for his birthday and he was so happy to have an iphone as his first!

Refurbished, unlocked, and everything in great condition. Perfect for my 14 year old. Price very reasonable.

phone arrive on time matters and look new , but the only downside after upgrading the new os sometimes freezing up but other and that works fine.

Phone in good condition at a good price. It was a breeze setting it up and nonissues with it so far. I hope the battery lasts through the day.

Very poor condition phone with dents and scratches, it didn't say that phone will be scratched and dent in the description. I ended up returning it.

Very stressed because my daughter is away at college and we ordered this phone and now the screen is frozen after her waiting at least 5 days for it when I paid the 25 shipping, that was refunded luckily by Best Buy. She had to take the phone back and they couldn't do anything so at least we got a refund but now I am back to square 1. Going to try one more time and then I am done.

I want to say that I requested a phone call back to let you know that the iPhone 6s was garbage I can’t believe how Best Buy sells refurbished phones with out testing them. The same day I received my phone it was not working so I returned it what a waist of my time. I am disappointed and I am still waiting for someone to call me back

I really enjoy my new phone am very impressed thus far. The speakers are amazing and the size alone makes it easy to use any app.
