This phone was for my daughter but we were disappointed to find out that parts of the screen weren't responding to touch. We knew the phone was pre owned so we didn't mind the slight flaws on the outside but it needs to be responsive when texting or scrolling. We will have to try to exchange for another one.

Very disappointment I know the phone was preowned but the phone is scratched, the plug cable are not even from Apple. Very disappointed with this item, I have bought a phone before in the past and it was in better conditions than this phone.

The iPhone was brand new ( not a single scratch). I did buy a refurbished UNLOCKED iPhone 6 Plus. But the phone was either locked or had a software issue. I had returned it.

Everything works well untill now. And it looks like New.

I can barely hear anyone rather its on or off speaker

So, I was kinda skeptical at first because I didn't know what to expect. When I received the phone is looked brand new ( to my surprise). The phone came in a non-apple box with a phone charger included. I must say that I'm overall happy about my purchase.

I bought this for someone else but I am very pleased with the purchase. It is as listed and easy to set up on Verizon. ( That is not always easy to do). Buying through Best Buy can be trusted.

The iPhone screen start flickering 3months after I’ve got it. Too bad for me and unluckily, it’s NOT returnable.

Product arrived defective. Had difficulties getting the item replaced. It took almost a month the hear from them. This caused the time to return the item to expire. The replacement item has previous owners iCloud Password and we can't reset it. Replacement item is not the same as the item initially paid for. We thought that if it was been advertised by Best Buy that it would be a good deal. This turned out to be not true. Bad vendor.

Great refurbished iPhone 6 plus for an amazing price. Quick and easy online purchase and it was available the same day for pickup at my local Best Buy Store. Awesome customer service and convenient store location.

Received the Iphone 6 plus for my son and the phone appears to be in very good condition. My son is very happy with this phone and definitely glad we ordered it through Best Buy!

I was thinking that a refurbished phone will have cracks and old but that was not the case. it was just like a new brand phone. Thanks best buy

phone did not function since activation. It would glitch, get hot, and keys wouldn't work.

I had this phone for not even a month my screen is glitching and will not let me touch anything. I hate hate hate this product Best Buy should not sell bad items.

When I recieved the phone it was in mint condition. Had bought the same kind of phone elsewhere and had a lot of wear on it.would buy all my electronics from best buy.

Very disappointed to find out that there’s a black circle in every picture I take should’ve been way less money or at least stated the defect
