Purchased for my daughter in December. Works as if it was a brand new device.

Phone seems to work great. The only issue I have encountered is the volume on the ear speaker is kind of low

The iphone 6 plus is a really nice phone I just don't like that the screen cracks so easily and it's so delicate

I could understand if the phone had cosmetic issues. But it had mechanical issues it was a pre owned and not worth the money. I thought Best Buy checked to see if everything worked. So I had to return the phone.

Won't purchase a refurb phone again, there can't have been any type of pre screening before this was sent out. Screen was utter crap. You do get what you pay for. Don't bother with a refurb. Luckily was able to return with no muss no fuss, so no harm done other than wasting my time.

I got this phone and in the end, it worked out. I got the phone and it was dead. As it turned on after charging, the phone actually was disabled for 15 minutes before I even touched it. Turns out, there was a code on it and I had to put it in recovery mode and fully reset it through Itunes. Otherwise, it has worked well, just spent hours to re-unlock it when it probably shouldn't have been.

This phone was too slow for me, and the 16GB was too small amount of memory.

I wanna know if it says carrier is sprit is it still unlocked because I bought it unlocked.

This phone was to replace an existing phone. Works great as the previous one.

This a nice phone, enjoyed by my wife and working well.

I got it for $299 and it was a used one, it wasn't the best but it was ok

She absolutely loves the phone and I'm glad that the Florence, Kentucky store could get it to her fast and without anything happening to it. They were fast, reliable, dependable, and knowledgeable about what she wanted and thank you guys for that.

The only negative about this phone is the GPS volume is not loud enough.

The phone was fine for the first five minutes then everything went downhill from there. The whole screen would glitch and then it would just freeze. Luckily it happened early and I was able to get a full refund. That particular phone should be taken out of cycle.

After 3 days of purchasing this phone, it started acting up,it would freeze up started clicking other apps and sometimes at no where it would turn off and start glitching and the screen will start blinking over all not a great purchase
