    the first day I receive it, it didn't work, cant put in passcode to use the phone, cant turn off using the off bottom, just don't work

    Bought this for a friend in Mexico so it had to be unlocked. Not my first rodeo. Got it delivered and took it back to Mexico with me and it doesn't work here. She can use the internet based functions and apps, but the local phone company is unable to connect to use it as a telephone. So now I have to return it.

    Start from box of iphone, it's not real iphone box. I got the box written side of box "smart phone". Iphone very old and alot of Scratches in back of phone. I'm feel pity of my money. Last time to buy with you

    I got the iPhone to try something new but it was a mistake. Not even a week after I got the phone it stopped working. Kept saying no service. I have yet to get the email with the return label so I can get a refund.! I’m phone less and shot of $300.thanks

    Do not buy this product. After using for less than 24 hours, I have learned that the iPhone has "touch disease" and the touchscreen is mostly unresponsive. I can't even return the phone without a restocking fee even though it is defective. Please don't waste your money like I did.
