    Got this phone for my mom, once plugged to charge, it became very hot, I was hoping because it was charging, the. Realized using it for less than 10mins, it got very hot. Am returning it.

    The volume didn’t work and the hard drive was curupt. They did a very good job no questions asked when I returned it the next day.

    Cosmetically great and works well but battery life is poor. AND I MEAN TAKE A CHARGER WITH YOU EVERYWHERE just in case. You will get 10 hours even with minimal use. If you use it constantly, expect half that. Sometimes even when it says 25% battery it will just shut off until you charge it and still be at that 25%? But you get what you pay for and this is super cheap in comparison. It does the job while I pay off my water damaged Iphone8 through AT&T.
