A good iPhone. Not the latest model of course, but it has a lot of the features you’d want. It’s also old enough that it has a headphone jack, which I found useful. The downside is the battery life is no good; could be that this particular battery is no good but I’ve heard bad things about batteries and this phone. Caveat emptor.

Let me tell you why it's the best and the most balanced product in the store. First off, the older generations has ditched most of the old futures, so lets begin. Headphone jack. The headphone jack is great because I can listen to music and hear my notification center or cell phone ring so easily and I can press the button on my headphones to answer the call or skip a song. The home button, don't feel like revealing your face to an encrypted server that tries to steal your precious information? No problem! Just jamb your thumb and let it scan away! It's the only feature that Apple doesn't care anymore. The memory. 128 Gigabytes is the perfect maximum capacity because going over 128 GB's will cause an overflow and start corrupting files. (It can destroy your entire phone into malfunctions. And AI interference.) The software system is perfect the way it is, the iPhone 6 is the only phone in the market with Copper i7 Intel, iPhone's 7 and up has adopted the Silver i7 Intel which is slower, copper is very important for computers to be stable, true story, you can literally go for 5 years and it'll still run smoothly like it's new. Silver slows down and overheats the iPhone in 7 months if not used carefully. Takes photos finely the way it is.

I guess you get what you paid for. My 11 year old saved up her money to purchase a refurbished phone. There were no details about the defected battery, she has to constantly charge her phone. Also there were glitches on the screen during a FaceTime call. The charger that it came with didn’t work after day 2. So it’s true, you get what you paid for!

Phone looks 100% brand new. It came in a generic box with a generic charger. Only issue I have had is the ear bud hole stuck once and the speakers didn't work until I re-plug and un plug the ear buds. Other than that, it is basically a brand new phone. Not a mark on it.

I bought a Refurbished iphone6s for my daughter as her first phone and it came in good condition

Phone is in very good condition physically. Head phones not included. Came with charger cable. Only negative its been dying very quickly. Switched from samsung andriod so not sure if that's iPhones woek...die often?

Don’t regret this purchase. There was no significant signs of use. Battery health was at 84%, that I hadn’t anticipated. Also, not sure if this model’s speaker sucks or if it’s just that this specific phone is that way. Other than that, good buy.

It was great honestly. Works good and lasted a long while. Recommend for a good first phone.

Sometimes the sound is not very good. Generally, it is worth the price.

Bought this to upgrade my daughters failing phone. Decided to give a pre-owned a try. Unit came and had usual scratches on a used phone face. The phone otherwise was in good condition and works without issue. Happy with purchase

Phone was in good condition but the battery backup is bad. Additionally, it makes weird sound when you put it on speaker mode. Rest everything was working fine.

I saw a number of reviews regarding similar purchases, moaning about packaging, off name accessories and/or cosmetic blemishes … hey, that’s why the item is marked pre-owned and discounted. So I dropped my prior 6S for the umptee umpth time, but this time found the spider webbed screen pattern which can’t be updated. A little on-line digging and I discovered a replacement model with 4x the memory and a sales price $100 cheaper. What’s not to like? I am satisfied

I bought this phone 2 years ago through Best Buy. I was hesitant at first since it was preowned, but it was in great condition when I bought it and held up for 2 years with no problems so I think it was more than worth it! Toward the end it started to show major signs that it was getting old: lack of storage space, minimal battery life, glitching out, etc... It actually still works for the most part, I just dropped it again and the screen shattered :( But it did it’s job well while I had it and for that I am grateful.

My second purchase of a preowned iPhone 6S. What you get is really hit and miss. The first one cam e with a battery that was completely dead when received. Only charged to 30% capacity at max. After full charge, drained to 10% within 8 hours with the phone on standby. No active usage. The Second phone's battery was 86% of max capacity. Good enough for now. The glass was scratched quite a bit.

Wouldn't order this device or any other pre-owned devices again. This phone is not as advertised, at all. It is completely covered in scratches back and front (see added photo). The camera lens even has scratches on it. It was sent in an android phone box. It was turned on when I received it. It was sent in a plastic bag, without even inflated bubbles of the bubble wrapping. There was no protection around the phone, aside from the thin cardstock android box someone had tossed it in before sending it (see added photo). Very disappointed at the lack of attention paid to the item being sent to a customer. From the device itself, to the packaging on the phone, and the unsafe shipping packaging.

No complaints as of yet but I’ve only had it up and running for 2 days. It’s in good shape body wise. A small scratch on the screen but it’s a refurbished phone so if that’s the only issue I encounter I’m good. Thanks for such a great deal. P.S.- Make sure you use an Apple charger with your iPhone. I fried an iPhone 6 using a $5 phone charger. Ye beware!

setup the phone before leaving store so as not to bring home a dead phone. the phone was clean and good in appearance with no obvious scratches, cracks or marks. The battery was completely discharged so had to provide power for setup and testing. The max re-charge of the battery seems to be about 93% compared to new one. The battery loses about %8 in 24 hrs when phone is turned ON but otherwise not in use. So far I am otherwise satisfied with this purchase.

I got the Pre-Owned iPhone 6s 4G LTE with 64GB Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Silver. It came 3 days earlier than the expected delivery date. It works greatly overall, it was easy to set up. It also came with a charger. But the only problem is that the phone's battery capacity is at 76%, I will have to replace the battery at the Apple store. I would recommend it to those who want to switch from Android. I think it is worth the price to buy this rather than getting a brand new iPhone for $400 something, if you are not a heavy phone user.

Product arrived earlier than estimated. Iphone was in a condition which matched what the website said. Phone works flawlessly. Great product and great service.

The device came in like-new condition. There were only minor scratches if any and everything works great. The only cons I had were: no headphones and the battery was 80% of max capacity (which is part of usables) not affecting tue device functionality and can rub up to 10 hours on signle charge withiut an issue. I replaced the battery at Apple store and now works like new.
