Phone specifications were a match to the order placed, inserted my carrier’s sim and phone # and I have a working phone. Only reason it did it get 5 stars is battery life where I suspect I will need to purchase a replacement

I purchased two iphone 6S with 64GB to replace existing worn out phones. The first was purchased in June 2019 and the phone was in good condition although I had to immediately go to Apple to replace the battery at a cost of $49. So the total cost with the new battery and shipping was $296.40. Not too bad. The 2nd identical phone (for my wife) was purchased in July 2019. This phone's display colors were not the same as our other 6S that we owned. Also the battery only lasted a few hours after being fully charged. Since this phone had two issues, I decided to immediately go to Apple and buy a new iphone 10 and turn in the 6S within 24 hours after delivery from Best Buy. I know that I could have gone to BB to return, but it seemed easier to get the $150 trade in from Apple. I gave this product 2 stars since one of the phone's worked (after a battery replacement). If I was reviewing just this last phone purchase, I would rate it one star only due to the phone's display issues.

It’s great that you can buy a used phone, but there were some dents and scratches on it that were a little annoying. Purchased for a friend and felt bad giving her something that had obviously been used. Wish the photo of the actual phone was available or a detailed description of the defects. Overall - works great.

Honestly mate, I’ve been buying phones and refurbished items from here since I turned legal and lemme tell you.. always worked amazing and I’ve always been satisfied!

Wish the screen didn't have any scratches or chips out of the case but based on the purchase price and the confidence of buying through Best Buy I'm happy with it.

Everything looks very nice but when it said charge 100% that we disconnected it, and start using it the battery died like in half hour or less no good. That should at least let people know so if we still wants to buy it we can’t say anything thank you .

Decent price for used; pretty good condition. But seems to not hold much charge and I am wondering if there is a setting I need to change or if the battery is on its way out to dying. The charge cable and plug were not original OEM products but some cheaper firewire aftermarket charging cable stuff. So far seems to work ok overall.

It’s ok it’s very small I’m not used to a phone this small and it’s already having problems with the touch screen. Certain websites it’s starts to not allow me fill put forms because the keyboard won’t even appear for a few minutes. I’m going to buy a phone from apple next time.

The refurboshed 6s phone bought for my teen grandson was clean and operational. As expected, the battery discharged way too fast, so we replaced it for $50. Now, everything eorks great.

The phone is in beautiful condition and works great. The only problem is, it dies very quickly and does not hold a charge. When it is fully charged and left untouch for several hours the phone will be at 20%. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until after the 14 day return period Was over.

Bought it on sale and still working good. A lot memory to store, has 125 g on it. So far so good. It’s unlocked so I be able to use any carrier I want. Overall, it a good one.

This is well maintained iPhone 6s. I am glad that I have made the decision to go for it. Extremely cheap for the value it offers.

Apprise could’ve been a little bit law since it was a really use but it works great and I get 128 MB more but the price is okay if you’re looking to buy a new one will be a way more money

This refurbished phone was cheaper than the iPhones on Amazon. Only complaint was the cover on the camera was broken and there was a few scratches on the screen. It works fine though.

I wish BB would show/publish the product's information specific to the item being sold. It's online so you are only seeing a stock photo, I would have liked to see real photos. The comments/reviews are not necessarily specific to this particular iPhone I purchased. I didn't know anything about the phone's cosmetic condition, only the standard wording of BB guarantee that the phone is inspected and checked to be in good working condition. Fortunately it only had some very minor scuffs and tiny scratches on the screen. I didn't expect it to be perfect but would have liked to have known beforehand. The phone did come with a 1 yr limited warranty. I did have some peace of mind knowing it was a quality phone for the money and I could return to BB if I was not satisfied.

Purchased the pre-owned iPhone through Best Buy, and was pleasantly surprised that when the phone arrived it was scratch and blemish free. Looks aside, the only issue I’ve had is with the battery life of the iPhone.

Bought this Iphone as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When we received it we looked it over and the exterior looked good. Turned it on and the battery was low. Charged it up completely and didn't think anything about it. Gave our daughter the gift and saw the battery was low again. Charged it up and within 15 minutes after unplugging the unit it went from 100% to 47%. Another 10 minutes later it was 1%. Contacted the warranty number from the description and was told they deal with it online and sent me a link. Told me the would respond be in 48 hours. 9 days later and still no response. I'm not sure they will replace the unit as they stated. Don't waste your money on this.
