My daughter wanted an iPhone price was good only had it for a month but she loves it

The Price on this Iphone 7s was as good as from Amazon but felt good getting it from trusted Best Buy. Phone looks new and works great.

Everything seems to work. Can take pictures now and down load them from someone else. The battery doesn’t seem to stay charged very long but I can work with that.

The phone came well packaged with a plug in charger and cord. It was in perfect condition with no scratches or other marks. I've been using it for 2 weeks and so far it works great. Definitely a deal compared to buying a new iPhone 6s with 64 gb.

The phone is fully functional. Since it’s pre-owned, it has minor scratches. The only downside is that the battery easily drains.

Phone is ok except battery life doesn’t last long. I previously own the same kind of phone but I don’t think the battery was checked properly prior sale.

It reads "Guaranteed to be fully functional with a charger, data cable and little to no cosmetic damage". I received the charger, iPhone 6s, data cable, but cable and charger are not by Apple. The iPhone had little cosmetic damage which is noticeably if you are looking for it. I am satisfied with my purchase. I will update if any changes!

The iPhone I got came from a third party, Best Buy does not have any control over the quality. In my case, the lightning port was very corroded and the iPhone fails to charge. All the warranty process is directly with the seller, Best Buy is not involved. Took about 2 weeks to get the replacement, and I got a different color... I originally ordered Gold and it was replaced by a Rose Gold iPhone. My son does not want it, I`ll possibly need to return. There`s no difference buying a refurbished iPhone from Best Buy or from Groupon. It is a gamble, it could be a great deal or not much. Good luck!

I purchased this phone for my wife to replace a broken phone. She is very satisfied with it.

This phone would get extremely hot and the batterie would not hold a charge for very long. I took it back to best buy and they could not do anything to fix it. Taylor was very helpful explaining everything to me and gave us our money back. I had this phone for one week and it was not worth the bother. I will never purchase another used phone.

We got this phone refurbished but I did not realize that you get a scratched up phone. Screen and back of phone look like they have been through a lot but it works.

For a refurbished phone good condition, just a few small scratches on case. Seems to be working fine.....Happy Customer
