the iphone come as good as its said, and it is funtioning like new.I am happy with it.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM BEST BUY. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR RESELLING THIS PHONE. IT LOOKED BEAT UP/BANGED UP AND THE MAXIMUM BATTERY WAS 68%. THIS PHONE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLD AS REFURBISHED IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED.

A few years Back I bought my first iPhone from Beat Buy, a refurbished 6s Plus. I love the 6! But with my iPod recently turning “obsolete “ due to its age, I needed something to take its place. I bought a 6s with more storage capacity for my music, and the smaller size fits nicely in my pocket.

This was my son's Christmas present. First time he used it the battery died after an hour. Checked the battery condition in "systems" and it said it should be replaced. This is my first time buying anything pre-owned, but I assumed since buying it through Best Buy, they would have ensured it was in good shape and if anything needed to be replaced or fixed it would have been done before attempting to resell it. Will now have to take it back and see if I can get another replacement. This just added to my disappointment for Best Buy that I already had, as before Christmas I also ordered new Earpods that were guaranteed for pickup in an hour, only to be told a few hours later at the store that they weren't delivered yet, and then to receive an e-mail from Best Buy the next day to say the item was no longer available and my order was cancelled.

It had chip by headphone jack and have really bad battery! But I love My Phone!

I got it for my son works great no issues at all worked great with are phone service only little visible cracks on the side of the phone but you can not see it unless you take a really good look at it plus he has it on his case all the time. Will definitely order another on later on.

This product is ready out of the box, absolutely love its size and style.

Phone arrived packaged in a generic smartphone box but was safely contained. There was no visible damage. Everything works as expected. Battery life is shorter than most modern smartphones but that isn't surprising.

Complete trash, dings scratches dead pixels. Geek Squad said battery was in 70% range. Apple considers below 80% to be defective. Returned it immediately. They were very aplogetic. Ordered an "excellent" condition 6s form best buy, look for me review
