    One of the reasons I wanted to replace my phone was charging issues. This phone dies within 2 hours. Terrible! Expect a refurbished phone to have a good battery.

    Phone was defective, did not operate with my old sprint SIM card I put in. I immediately returned the phone I had just bought. Employee helping me said the phone was unlocked but had been damaged in the process so it couldn’t recognize a new SIM card.

    Received this and had faulty ringer on/off switch and bad battery. Best Buy refunded my money but they cannot fix these phones since they do moy have warranty. Do not make the mistake I made and just buy something new.

    Specifically ordered an unlocked iPhone compatible with at and t. After 60 min on phone with Best Buy, at and t and Apple, discovered it was a locked sprint phone. What a hassle!
