Some very minor scratches on the screen that are hardly noticeable, battery life was at 74%, had it replaced with OEM parts for 79. so all in all I lucked out as the unit is perfect otherwise and now full battery life! Feels brand new!

Phone was received quickly and in new condition, not a scratch or blemish. Updated to IOS11 and away we go, not the first glitch. It has a great camera and plenty of storage for photos and music. Great Phone and great service, thank you Best Buy.

This is a great iphone 6s for the price, does everything I want it to do and was very easy to transfer my info from my old iphone to this one.

I would give this 0 stars! I bought this for my daughter for Christmas on December 9, 2020. So it wasn't used until she got it got it on Christmas day. About 6 days later the battery took a very long time to charge, and when it finally did, she could use it for an hour before the battery was dead! I called apple support, we figured out that the battery was SEVERELY DEGRADED! Obviously this did not happen in the short period of time that she had used it. The worse part, they made it so that it is not returnable as of December 29, 2020. YOU CANNOT TELL ME THAT WITH ALL THEY CAN DO, OR SHOULD DO, THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT THE BATTERY WAS SEVERELY DEGRADED! This makes me completely sick!

USED PRODUCT is not functioning properly. Battery is almost completely depleted and needs replacement. Having issues with screen going black at random times. Also issues with touch screen responsiveness. Will be returning. Otherwise...great service by Best Buy!!!

Had an aging iPhone 5 that need to be replace, Saw that the refurbished iPhone 6s was at a decent price for what I wanted to spend on a phone. So far after a week of having it been a great choice.

It was a very good price for the 128GB mobile that it’s impossible to find where I live. I had to replace the battery that was clearly worn out, but anyway the total price remained far below my local options.

Came with bad battery know that there is 14 day return policy... Do not miss this window. I hope this helps refurbished apple phone buyers check battery status immediately for either replacement or refund. Just purchased a more expensive phone with store credit that was given to me as opposed to a credit card refund. Not sure if this will make me stuck with having to spend more money at this store if next phone has bad battery. They did tell me it was refurbished and should have new battery when I was asking about purchasing. The store clerk was nice in explaining how to check battery for New order.
