A lot of scratches, the home button hart to use it , totally go wrong with something good I’d imagine.

Good price for refurbished iphone. And it was on sale.

Amazing I like it easy to order online and complete the order I have bad communication with the customer service Representative in the past but online I will be better to order and keep my online list

Bought this phone because I love these older versions. Although I understand it is refurbished, it doesn’t mean that the phone should come with a battery that hardly works. I make one phone call on a full battery and 15 minutes later the battery is already on the red. Went to Best Buy and they said they couldn’t do anything because they don’t fix batteries and that I would have to go to apple store for that and pay for a new battery. So, the point is, that Best Buy sells refurbished phones that need additional fixing and if not you have to send it back with a $35 restocking fee so they can then send you another phone that probably also has a degraded battery. Not doing this again. I would much rather pay extra up front on the price than have to go through all the loops of getting a proper battery. Some of us buy these older phones because we like these older versions, not because they are cheaper.

This phone was in a good shape (no big deep scratches or dents), but the battery did not hold charge. With light usage, fully charged battery lasted just for 4 hours, so it required replacement. As some other reviewers stated - it is better to avoid those used iPhones.

The product was great. Condition almost like new. The issue was that I wanted an Iphone 6s Plus, and so I have returned the product. Otherwise, I would have kept it and been happy with my decision.

The phone was good but it is not working anymore. I don’t know what to do. Or who to call.

This phone was used and a fantastic deal for the price. It was in mint condition and the battery health was at 88%. It works perfectly and I saved several hundred dollars compared to buying a brand new phone on a payment plan.

So far it’s good..I got it for my daughter as her other phone was acting up.. and I didn’t want to pay too much.. works fine.. charges fine.. Battery doesn’t die too fast

It was a great value buy but the battery life really sucks

I bought this for my nieces birthday and it came just as described and super fast shipping. I would recommend this to family and friends and will consider purchasing another one for my nephew for his birthday also.

It was for my 11 year old son because he walk home from school by himself and I just wanted a phone for him so he could get in contact with me and so far it’s been great!

Although this is a older phone it was kept in good condition....

Bought this phone for my daughter its obviously not an iPhone 11 but it operates just as fast as the XR. same design and obviously my 9nine yearlod does not know the difference. She simply wants to YouTube, Tik Tock, talk, text, and facetime.

First of they sent me a phone which condition is not acceptable, big scratch on the screen diagonally, looks someone did it intentionally. I returned it but charged $35 as restocking fee, horrible. First you send a crap and then charge $35 fee, I hope you can do better than this BestBuy.
