I am planning on replacing my current phone with another just like his. The main reason is that the rest of my immediate family have iPhones. I want to be able to see all of their emojs & Facetime with them, see their videos in full size, vote on The Voice etc... And it really is a great phone at a great price.

Battery is 75% capacity and cannot hear anything

Emailed warranty division and have not heard anything from them since I got it a few days ago. Would not recommend. Only went this route because I broke my screen and the place who usually replaces screens for me is closed due to the pandemic.

Dysfunctional battery and a non Apple charger

Even the Geek Squad attendant said they should not have shipped me a phone with a battery that would not charge. Adding to this disappointment for a Christmas surprise it came with a non Apple charger that the Geek Squad said should not be used with an Apple phone. I ordered an I Phone 8. We are returning the 6s.

Total waste of money and trust buting with bestbuy

I bought it to use on my travel outside of the country . I m total shocked and angry right now . This phone heats up while charging and battery last only for 30 minutes . I cant even return it i m in another part of the planet right now. Total loss .
