    Had a few scratches and the charger that came in the box did not work with the phone and the ear piece doesn’t work well you can barley hear out of it

    Top 5th decision of my life buying this phone. If this phone was a person it would have been my top myspace friend because its rad like that. You will have ten years of bad luck if you don't choose this one. And you will shame your family! So choose a wise fate and choose this one!

    Opened the box for first time a week after it was shipped, and obviously it hadn’t been inspected because the phone wouldn’t even power up when plugged in. The Apple symbol flashed then went dark, then flashed, then went dark again. Had to return it to the local store. Very disappointing considering this was a gift as first cell phone for my son on his birthday. Now I have to find another one and he won’t have a phone for a week after his birthday. Having said this, I did make the exact same purchase two months go for my other son and that phone has worked great. Obviously there are consistency issues with their refurbished phones.
