File down loading stay on all the time

I need to get this resolved. This eat my battery so fast

Needless to say I returned them both the same day I got them do not get an unlocked iPhone from Best Buy

Defective battery

I am officially without a phone for the next 15 days. Currently rethinking my purchase.
