bought the phone in June and the battery failed the other day - thats less than three months of use - i am extremely disappointed with BestBuy for selling such a poor quality product.

Looked just like a new phone. Glad I bought it. Connected to my Verizon service just fine. Camera works great. Came in a box just like when you get a new phone. Was delivered on the day I was told.

Perfect condition but phone would jump percentage battery life..one minute it could be on 100 5 minutes later it’s dead

I have purchased refurbished phones before and this one was terrible. The screen was scratched, corners all messed up, some rust around the camera. I was not expecting a new phone but this was pretty bad

Have this to my adult son as replacement for his iPhone 4s. He was ecstatic! His son card from the 4s was too big for the 6s, so, 10 minutes at AT&T fixed that! He loves it!

I am not with the phone, but this is a lesson going forward. When I received the phone it came dirty and full of dust. Also, I was disappointed with the package because it did not come with the original charger. In one occasion, the phone restarted by itself.

The cell phone arrived with a battery that is shot. Only holds a charge for an hour. so we are either returning it or replacing the battery. Either way disappointing.

I am having problems with it and this is my 2nd one that I had problems with. I had an appointment with geek but the snow stopped me from taking it. I need another appointment can you help me with that?

They did not clean it before sending, it had leftovers of food, disgusting. Bad screen, part of the screen does not work well, it seems to get wet.

The phone stopped working few weeks after purchase. I thought my daughter broke it. Another phone was purchased and this defective iPhone sold by Best Buy during initial shut down in my city of Covid. Took phone to have tech look at and found out the individual who Best Buy got phone from did a replacement screen but their tech didn’t insert connection screws back in. Best Buy should have had it checked before accepting and walking to us horrible experience.

Have used an older Samsung LG Flip phone for many years. I love the design and function of the Mac, so decided to go with the iPhone and I love it!

I was hoping to get a good phone but thr battery dies right after it goes 100% it goes down to 70% in two mins dont buy this phone

It was a good phone, everything was great but it had one big problem : the battery would go from 90 to 20% after using it for few minutes! So ridiculous.

This phone was a gift from a family member, but it is recommended even being a previous model, it has all the functions that are currently used

The product is very bad ..even after charging 100 percent , battery will die in 10 mins ..the worst product ..don’t ever buyer owned mobiles.

Not happy. I get a phone that needs a battery replaced on day one. I understand it is refurbished but if the battery was dying, why wasn't this fixed?

Bought this phone for my 14 year old son and all we had to do was take it to the Apple store to have it activated. My son loves his phone. It works just fine.
