Defective Battery

Quick and easy, good price

iPhone not as described

I understand that it was refurbished but the ad should still state the problems the phone has . Also I never received the SIM card for the phone so I had to go repurchase another SIM card from a different company. I will never purchase a refurbished phone ever again and not from this company either . When I tried to even call them they are never open to talk to someone to fix the problem. Just a complete pain and waste of money .
