    I ordered this phone for my sons birthday. Phone came and the first thing it said was service battery, battery was running at 70 percent. The on/off button was also broke. Very disappointed. I paid 180 for it and took it right back. Don’t think I’ll be ordering another one. I know it’s a refurbished phone but it should still be working properly

    The phone was super glitchy right off the bat. The camera would not work and would reset the phone if i tried to use it. Couldn't text or receive pics. Phone would randomly delete text conversations as well. I think these refurbished phones are a real gamble.
