    The audio port is defective, but the phone is usable. I cannot say the same for the HP laptop I got and could not have fixed nor return to Best Buy. It is actually unusable in that the function of moving the cursor did not work soon after I bought it.

    I ordered pre owned IPhone 6s unlocked phone but I received a scrap piece which never turned on and the charger( some scrap brand) also never charged any IPhone, only best thing I can see is Best Buy refund policy. I was able to return this item next day itself.
