My husband's Iphone broke and he needed an Iphone in a hurry since his work depends on being reached at all hours. He received it the following day. He did not want a new fancy one, so this one fit the bill perfectly.

Excellent phone! Best phone I’ve ever owned at a Great Price!

When my old phone (also an iphone 7) suddenly quit working I did not want to shell out a gazillion dollars to upgrade or go back to monthly payments, so I decided to roll the dice on a used phone of the same model (which was also much cheaper than having my own repaired by Apple). So far I'm glad that I did. The phone that I received is like new with no scratches or dings anywhere and the speakers work perfectly. The phone powered right up, I was able to quickly get everything set up and working on my own, and it is now functioning flawlessly. I'll probably buy all of my phones used from this point forward.

This phone is one of my favorite Apple phones. I like the simplicity and smooth design. It is no guessing everything is user friendly. I got this phone for my grandmother as starter iPhone. She loves this phones capabilities.

Our son wanted an Iphone so bad. He is in high school so of course he wanted to be like his peers. I ALWAYS stated I'd NEVER buy an Iphone because of the price. However I can honestly say I had to "eat my words". The price for this Iphone and it's generation made it possible for our budget to afford an Iphone for a 1st time owner. I'm actually thinking about getting 1 myself. GO FIGURE!!! LOL

The unlocked iphone works perfectly with a sim card from a Tracphone. There are no issues. The phone is perfect for our limited usage. It was delivered to my car! No better way to shop.

Bought an IPhone 7 for my daughter who wanted to switch from an android to an Apple. She loves it! Great camera and in excellent condition for being preowned! Absolutely a great buy.

The iPhone 7 was a great price and the memory was 256 so that made the pricing even better. It was a gift for my daughter and she loves it.

I bought this because I wanted a secondary phone for emergencies, when I first got it, it would not update, and would not transfer anything from my current phone, I tried doing it through iTunes, then on the device, and so on and so forth, finally got it to update (didn't do it smoothly), before I even did the update I noticed the battery health was pretty poor, at 77% I know that doesn't sound bad, and I wouldn't care if it would hold the current battery percentage for more then five minutes, the battery randomly drops 2% each time it goes down, I have had this on the charger since I received it, it will not hold a charge for more then an hour, and is very slow, I give 2 stars because the condition on the outside is excellent, as stated in the title, but as far as use, this phone won't get much out of it, pretty disappointed. I will not return due to COVID, so will just live with it. Would not recommend.

Needed a cheap phone for a few months until the iPhone 12 comes out because old phone couldn't be fixed. Works ok but slower of course. Good for what I needed but definitely wouldn't recommend for a long term new phone.

(This is a review for a pre-owned IPhone 7, 128gb, Unlocked, Rose Gold color purchased on the Best Buy site). Pros: Phone works perfectly out of the box. Screen had no visible scratches. Phone was factory reset and ready to configure when I turned it on. Came with a charging block and cable. Phone was unlocked as advertised and I was able to switch it to my carrier T-mobile easily. Cons: Phone did have a lot of visible wear to the Rose Gold paint on the back and sides of the phone. Not a huge deal since my daughter wanted a phone case that covers that up completely. The phone also did not come with its original box. It came in a generic box, but was securely packaged. Also it did not come with its original cord or charging block, but the included peripherals charge the phone just fine with no issues.

Battery was damaged and would not hold more than 15 minutes of power. Visited customer service 2 days later. Employees (several) did not know of the warranty coverage. Finally, was informed that warranty did not cover battery. Had to pay extra $50 at the Apple Store to replace the battery. These phones should have been checked before shipping to customer. Rating is for Best Buy and not the phone, which now, works fine.
