Better off getting a new phone not pre owned.

Defective Renewed Phone

It got extremely hot, before I even finished activating it. Also, the return process was a nightmare. The phone representative was awful and said I’d be charged a restocking fee on a defective phone. The chat reps were more helpful, but still didn’t guarantee a refund without a restocking fee. I definitely won’t ever buy any electronics used/renewed/refurbished EVER again.
