It was a good phone it worked pretty well no issues with it.

Got it for my mom who isn’t at all great with any phones but we all have iPhones so we figured she should have one too. Was good for a couple of days but I got a call saying her phone keeps cutting on and off. On my way to her right now to figure it out.

“Excellent” description pretty much sums it up. Aesthetics with only truly minor details (you would have to be really looking for it to see it) on the back. Battery life and all other features pretty much as good as new

In the description it wasn’t mentioned that there were scratches on the screen. But it is a good option to have as an emerging phone which is the reason I bought it.

Wanted a backup phone as repairing and replacing an iphone hasn’t been easy with the stay at home orders (since Apple stores are shut). Decided that a pre-owned “Certified“ one from Best Buy would be the right way to go. Even at the premium price over local sellers and eBay. I assumed I would be getting a superior product after reading the web site. Long story short. After opening it I immediately noticed some discoloration around the camera and flash which I assumed was from the fact there had been a case on it for a long time. No prob. Good there was a case. Bad for discoloration. Charged it up. Inserted SIM. Check settings. Battery health at 80% Nope. Didn’t even last that long. Speakers would cut out when using on speakerphone. So tried playing music and watching videos. Same issue. Saving grace was that it had been a short time so was able to return it. Maybe my bad luck but in the end buyer beware.

When the phone arrived, I was very happy with it. The appearance was like new. It was a breeze getting the transfer done. But the iPhone soon began cycling between service and no service. I went to the local Geek Squad desk who basically would have sent it out for repair causing my kid to not have a phone for however long. Ultimately, this is a known issue for Apple and I took it to the Apple Store who sent it out for repair while providing a loaner phone. It would have been nice had the issue been discovered and repaired prior to the phone being put up for sale. That said, if one of our other iPhones broke, I would still buy another used iPhone here at these prices.

After recently purchasing a 'refurbished' iPhone from a different vendor and returning it because it looked like someone dragged it behind a bike for a few blocks. This phone was beautiful, excellent condition as advertised. so far looks and runs great. - thanks

I rated this excellent and it might be premature because I just got it turned on. Over all it seems to be working fine easy to transfer from my android to the iphone. It charges good and easy to use.

Bought this for my son as his first cell phone and that was about a year ago. He has had no issues with it and the videos and photos he takes look so good. For being a pre-owned phone its been great and he loves it!
