If the cell is not certified and factory refurbished please do not take the risk, the phone was dirty and the cell modem had an error, beside this the upper speaker did not work properly, for this kind of product go to a cheaper one and a new one, it is better!

2 weeks after purchase the phone won't hold a charge & self deletes call logs. Worked ok till it was non refundable. I will never buy used phones from best buy again .. $300 straight to the trash!

I thought this would be a refurbished unit but it showed a lot of wear and it was literally a used phone and it wasn’t even unlocked

I bought a Refurbished iPhone 7 for my 12-year-old daughter after Christmas for her birthday in March. So I had the phone for about 2 1/2 months before she actually opened it and realized that when we call her she cannot hear us and we cannot hear her. I took the phone to the store and they refused to exchange or give me any kind of credit. So basically I paid about $300 for A phone that she can only text with. They refused to help at all even to just fix it. Very bad service. Beware of refurbished items, this is something basic to be able to make a phone call with your phone, You would think that they would have checked it before actually selling it to someone.

Phone looks good but after using it a couple days the speaker seems to be having an issue during calls only, which is a common problem with this model phone that should have been fixed. Will be returning for a different model

Turned on phone and there on are lines all throughout the screen, was advertised as an excellent pre-owned phone, not the case, now have to return and go through that whole process, what a hassle.

There were no physical scratches noticed and the screen looked practically new. My daughter loved it.

The phone heats up after a while using it and the charge only last two hours and it was a pre owned excellent condition
