Volume was horrible. Phone arrived with volume messed up. Couldn't hear people on the other line, and they couldn't hear me.

This phone battery dies really fast. It can be on 100% then on 30% without using the phone

Less than two months I phone stop working and aple care said not oem battery. Cost too much

Less than a month I bought this phone, thinking that what will go wrong by a reputed seller like Bestbuy and geeksquad certified product. The camera of the phone gave up in less than a month. I cant even return it now, stuck with dammaged device :(..

Phone had an issue where it said no service it’s a iPhone 7 issue I don’t recommend getting this phone and if you want one like it I’d just go for an 8. Apple no longer fixes it for free so it would be a 300$ fee to get it fixed.

After a few days of the phone working fine it didn’t want to update and I didn’t get an service it kept saying searching.

I bought the phone thinking it could be used as an extra phone for visitors, etc and did not know that the iPhone 7 would not work after Jan 1, 2022. So... I'll get 4 months use of the phone. I'm guessing BestBuy knew that the phone would be irrelevant soon and should have had that on the description. Too late to return it now.

The overall battery health for this phone is bad, not keeping a charge.

Yeah please no. Dont do it. Just upgrade fix your current phone. iPhone are dope but they quickly become obsolete

Bought this phone after I broke mine, need a phone quick. It was sold in a lousy box and it was very used, VERY USED. No quality control. I returned the phone the next day and they charged me a 35$ restocking fee even though it was sold in a basic plastic box and nothing was activated on the phone. I buy a lot things at Best Buy but I will never buy a phone from them again.

worst purchase ever battery dies in like 2 seconds had to but another phone

I bought this phone to replace the same exact one that I owned, so know how it should operate. They should have tested the speaker in both modes, as I had to put the phone on speakerphone mode and put it to my ear to hear a caller. Had to return, and they did not have a better unit, and even continued to list the defective one on their site a week later, same item number.

Bad battery and display. Do not recommend this product.

This phone had sound issues prior to me buying it. It only worked for 2 months before it started having issues with the sound again. I cannot hear it when someone calls me and they cannot hear me talking. Terrible phone and never should have been sold to me!

When I took this phone to connect to my cellular network plan, they couldn’t do it because it was still connected to the previous owners and the phone was locked. So I had to take time and money out of my life to go contact Best Buy and Apple and get it fixed .
